Well, my goodness what a whirlwind the last 6 months has been. The lead up to the Scout Jamboree has been hectic, and unfortunately all things Digi took back seat ... but last weekend I arrived home ... and the Jamboree is now a memory ...

Today I opened Photoshop for pure pleasure, and finally packaged up some stuff that has been sitting there for a while!

First of all a small Subscriber Item ..

Well I have had a busy weekend catching up on things, still have a ton of Jamboree paperwork, but other things are coming together!

Firstly I have started working with another Lindsay Jane Designs Kit .. Pearls and Lace .. such a pretty kit

and my first layout ...

And I have started working on a Brand New Subscriber Kit. And I am loving the way it is shaping up. It is a Black & White Basics Kit and I have finished the first set of papers, they are all loaded up and ready to be downloaded by Subscribers!

Wow, I am overwhelmed by the response for the Worn Overlay Texture. If you have downloaded it, and had a play I would love to hear how you went. Did you get the desired results? Do you need a tutorial on how to use them? If there were any other problems! Just click on the 'Contact Us' link above and let me know.

Before I go any further just thought I better thank Caleb over at Lost+Taken, it is an awesome Free Texture site and that is where I got the textures to create the worn overlays I am working on at the moment. There is so much to look at, and Caleb lets you download them for free, so go and have a look at don't forget to say thanks!

Phew, what a week it has been with this new computer... the internet just was not working on it! I couldn't move things from the EHD, form my old computer and could not upload! But yeah, we have it sorted! Didn't really do anything, just put in the wireless receiver that we first tried and this time it worked. All very strange!

Anyway ...

First .. I am on Lindsay Jane's CT! I am so excited!!!! I have loved her stuff right from the beginning, following her blog daily for the last couple of years, I own just about every freebie she released, and quite a number of her kits and stamp frames that I have bought. There is something about her style that appeals to me :) I have not applied to her CT before, firstly because I didn't have the confidence in my own layouts, but also I was trying to juggle being in a number of stores and it just wasn't happening. Anyway .. this time I applied and she said yes ... so YAY for me :)

My new computer, despite the internet and network issues, is fantastic when it comes to Photoshop, just so quick! Love it! So here are some layouts and kit previews for Lindsay Jane Designs ..

Hi All ... I am still behind and not on top of things yet, the kids have been back at school this week, although Tom was home sick one day. I finally got a new power adapter for my computer so I am not sharing power, but I have a ton of paperwork to do for the Jamboree so everything is just chugging along slowly! I need to get the Newsletter done, as I have already missed one week and I so wanted to have a special one for you all today, it may still make it by the end of the weekend (keep your fingers crossed).

But I do have the newest Subscriber Kit and Registered User Freebie for you, so that is one thing I guess.

I know I do, I have been so busy the last few days with school holidays and visitors, and then taking the husband to the airport yesterday morning at 5am, kind of threw the rest of the day out ... but this morning I have been sitting on my bed (not strictly in bed as I am dressed, just hiding away from the noise of all the boys!) and been tidying up some bits and pieces.

I am also running about a day late with the Newsletter, but have no fear, it is coming!

Anyway, I was talking about surprises .. like I said I was tidying up around the place, loading up layouts, and the new subscriber kit and I found some more CT Layouts by Anne! Yay, I do love getting surprises like that.

She has been playing with my 'For The Boys' subscriber kit, perfect for those mischievous boys in your life!
