2. Quick Pages are for Personal Use only and are not to be used for resale.
3. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.
4. You may not use any graphic(s) from this zip file to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

Templates are able to be used for the production of QuickPages's to be used by designers as give-aways and freebies, these QuickPages are not to be resold.

Stock Photos can be used for all Commercial Purposes, including but not limited to extraction, overlays, backgrounds, and blog designs. Stock Photos may not be resold as is.

Custom Shapes, Brushes and other tools (are labelled as 'CU Tools') can be used for all Commercial Purposes, so long as they have been used to create another item. Do not resell any item as is.

Overlays

1. If the Preview is on a 'CU Tools' background, then absolutely use the item for any purpose you will, I have no problems with any commercial gain you get for these.

2. Most of my overlays are created from a variety of free textures. These are downloaded from a variety of sources, but most frequently from Lost+Taken. As the textures were free, and the overlays I created were free, there is to be no commercial gain to be made from these. I like to think of these as a kind of 'pay it forward' item. BUT please feel free to create FREEBIES with these overlays (please note this only applies to my overlays on this page, and to no other item on the site unless specifically stated). I would love a link back, and send me a link (just so I can admire what you have created). I hope this makes sense, but please email me if you have any questions.

I do not require credit for CU or Freebie projects but would appreciate it.
