You may submit your scrapbook layouts using portions of or entire pieces of the kits to online or print publications. This includes for any graphics that have been altered. You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them for your own personal use. I would appreciate credit, but this is not necessary.

Commercial use is allowed in the creation of specific products for a third party, including but not limited to: scrapbook pages or invitations. Commercial Use is not allowed for the production of Digital Scrapbooking Kits (ie/ png and psd files).

Limitations
  1. Projects may only supplied to the customer in a flattened .jpg format or printed.
  2. Quick Pages are for Personal Use only and are not to be used for resale.
  3. You are not allowed to resell, sublicense or otherwise make available the graphic(s) for use or distribution separately or in a format designed or intended for permanent storage or re-use by others.
  4. You may not use any graphic(s) from this zip file to create obscene, defamatory, or immoral works. Nor is it permitted to use content (graphic(s)) for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

Templates are able to be used for the production of QuickPages's to be used by designers as give-aways and freebies, these QuickPages are not to be resold.

Stock Photos can be used for all Commercial Purposes, including but not limited to extraction, overlays, backgrounds, and blog designs. Stock Photos may not be resold as is.

Custom Shapes, Brushes and other tools (are labelled as 'CU Tools') can be used for all Commercial Purposes, so long as they have been used to create another item. Do not resell any item as is.

I do not require credit for these projects but would appreciate it.
